A Lipoma with a Calcified and Ossified Wall at Mesocolon

Abstract

|
This is a cases report of 32 year old male who had lipoma with a thick calcified and ossified wall at mesocolon of splenic flexure. He complained of left upper abdominal discomfort. There was no palpable mass and tenderness on physical
examination.
There was a 10×cm sized round, calcified mass on left upper quadrant on the plain abdomen and CT. Excision of mass was done.
